Efficient power generation with a wide speed range. Low speed high torque excitation: During engine idle or low-speed conditions (such as congested urban roads), increasing the excitation current enhances the magnetic field to ensure that sufficient electrical energy can still be output at low speeds (typical idle power generation: 30-50A).
High speed current limiting protection: When the engine is running at high speed (such as high-speed driving), the regulator limits the excitation current to avoid high voltage (triggering overvoltage protection when it exceeds 14.5V), and also prevents generator overspeed damage.
High temperature/low temperature environment: High temperature resistant design (working temperature can reach 105 ℃ or above) ensures stable operation under high temperature in the engine compartment; During low-temperature start-up, the strong excitation function ensures the rapid establishment of voltage after cold start-up.
High dust/humid environment: Sealed generators (such as integral brushless generators) can prevent dust and water vapor from entering, extend their service life, and are commonly used in off-road or construction vehicles.
